Richard Nicolosi, co-founder of Premier Estate Advisors, has been successfully buying and selling multi-million dollar estates and condos for the past 14 years. This experience has given him the skills necessary to carefully analyze and research properties before making a purchase decision. His real estate experience has also taught him how to carefully assess which financial approaches work best to maximize the tax effective rate of return on real estate investments.

Richard’s marketing expertise was developed and refined during his 30 years of business experience at several leading global consumer products companies. He began his business career at Procter & Gamble where, over a 20 year period, he managed and oversaw the global marketing of many of Procter & Gamble’s leading, billion dollar brands. Richard also served as a Group Vice President for Procter & Gamble responsible for over 25,000 employees and billions in sales revenues.

He left P&G in 1992 to become Executive Vice President at Scott Paper where he orchestrated a business and financial turnaround leading to its sale to Kimberly Clark. Richard then became President and CEO of Samsonite luggage where he again led a business and financial turnaround. He serves or has served on the boards of Domino’s Pizza, Gucci and Wirespring Technologies. He is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame.
