Prior to re-locating to Sarasota, Doreen had a highly successful public relations career in Michigan.  She was personally responsible for all aspects of outreach, education, and marketing for the United States’ largest retirement program, Social Security.  Doreen’s award winning career focused primarily on metro Detroit, the 10th largest media market in the nation.  Well known in the State for her long running weekly column in The Detroit News, her regular TV appearances, and live hour long call-in radio show airing every week, Doreen’s most rewarding activity was in speaking to literally thousands of people about their benefits during special seminars she organized. 

As a recent President of the Foundation Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit, Doreen strongly believes in community involvement and “giving back” by donating her time, energy, and expertise to numerous charitable organizations with special emphasis given to HIV/AIDS related non-profit groups and pet rescue.  Doreen’s diverse experience, in addition to her dedication to outstanding public service during her previous career, and her understanding of  Sarasota’s unique neighborhoods makes her a valuable asset to the Premier Estate Advisors team.
